The July Fourth Cookout was a success. This means: we came, students came, we ate, we played, we sang, we used the watermelon as a pinata (Japanese tradition that is awesome!), we cleaned up and went home, we did NOT get rained on!
Thank you for your prayers. This really was a great opportunity to meet the students' families and get to see them outside of the classroom.
